When you sign up via our form, we store your email address, whether you wish to be contacted, the time of registration, the wording of your consent, and a hashed value of your IP address (for spam detection). For a demo request we additionally store your name, your company and, if provided, fleet size, phone number and message. After submitting, you receive a confirmation email. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time.
This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (EU data center). When visiting, access logs are automatically created (IP address, timestamp, page accessed). The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Requests to this website pass through Cloudflare's content delivery and security network (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare forwards each request to our server and processes your IP address and technical connection data (time, page requested, browser identifier) to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare acts as a data processor; transfers to the USA are based on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We only use technically necessary cookies (language settings). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
For anonymous, aggregated reach measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service is cookieless, stores no personal data and performs no cross-site tracking. Only aggregated usage data (e.g. pages viewed) is collected. Cloudflare acts as a data processor.
To send emails (confirmation of a request, invitations and password resets within the application) we use Postmark, a service of AC PM LLC (ActiveCampaign), 1 N Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60602, USA. For operational monitoring we use Microsoft Azure Application Insights (Microsoft, EU data center). Our email mailboxes (e.g. requests to [email protected] or [email protected]) are operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
Your waitlist data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose of processing or you revoke your consent. To request deletion, send an email to [email protected].
