HOW ELIO DECIDES

The decision nobody can make at the charge point.

  1. Add your cards

    Fleet management adds the existing charging cards centrally and assigns them to drivers.

  2. Set the rules

    Price caps, preferred providers, roaming rules. Elio follows them in every recommendation.

  3. Decide at the charge point

    The driver scans the QR code. Elio names the card, explains why, and warns before an idle fee starts.

Where a provider offers an interface, Elio starts the session directly. Where it does not, Elio keeps the record.

PROVIDER-NEUTRAL

Elio does not sell charging tariffs.

That is exactly why you can trust the recommendation. Elio earns nothing from the charging session and has no card of its own to favour.

One price. All in.

€10per user per monthAll features included, no add-on modules. A user is anyone with access, drivers and fleet management alike.
  • Start with three months at the full price. Then decide based on your own figures.
  • No hardware, no change of provider, no training.
  • No tiers. €10 applies to large fleets as well.
Book an intro callAfter the initial period, you decide. If you want to keep using Elio, a twelve-month contract applies. You can add more users at any time. Prices exclude VAT.

Request

The first step is taking stock: which charging cards your fleet uses today, where your drivers charge and which terms apply. Building on that, Elio works out which card would have been the cheapest at which charge point and compares this with your actual costs.

You don’t need to prepare anything. Elio will then clarify by email which documents are helpful. The more complete the data, the more accurate the result.
